What Is Legal Mobilization?

Legal mobilization — how lawyers go to court to express grievances of a group of victims. This type of litigation does not seek to provide remedies for individual victims but aims to force authorities to grant human rights protection to a larger group of individuals, change national law-enforcement practices, or adopt new laws.
